Personal change requires compassionate, honest and safe relationships. It also requires some amount of courage, developed trust and commitment to your dreams, desires and goals. Addiction recovery, trauma work and helping couples recover - especially from betrayal - are a large part of what I've been doing for the last ten years. We can grow and we can get through some difficult situations, stronger, wiser and more empowered!

As of June 2018 I have completed a certification in sexual addiction therapy (CSAT) and look forward to working with individuals and couples looking to improve their relational and sexual lives.

So much compassion, tenderness and attachment is needed in order to simply keep from running away sometimes, using the same old strategies that may have preserved your mind but not your "life". Keep searching and don't lose heart.
